Our office is open 09.00-17.00 GMT on weekdays.
Our friendly office staff will tell you about therapist availability, and help you decide which therapist you would like to work with. They will also ask you for your contact details: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
Appointments are available between 9am and 7pm throughout the week, subject to therapist availability.
Once you have made an appointment, you will be sent confirmation by post or by email.
Meetings can be face-to-face, online, via Skype, Google Plus, and Zoom, or by telephone. You can pay by cash, cheque, or bank transfer.
Session fees are currently set at £60 per one-hour therapy session.
The first meeting will be an opportunity to agree therapy goals, and have an initial assessment. You will also be able to discuss the limits of confidentiality, how often it would be best to have sessions, and what to do if you need additional support between meetings.
We charge no fee for cancellations or changes to appointments made than twenty-four hours in advance of a session. Cancellations or changes at less than twenty-four hours attract the full session fee.
